Statistics

1. Eligibility

You must meet the Game’s minimum age requirements and any age rules for your region. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to participate (not ownership)

ATF grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable permission to play on ATF servers and use ATF community services for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Game’s publisher license. We may change, suspend, or end any server or service at any time without notice or liability.

3. Code of conduct

You must follow the official ATF Server Rules (also at atomtaskforce.com/server-rules). You agree you will not:

• Cheat, exploit, use bots, hacks, macros, or unauthorized software that modifies gameplay unfairly.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory remarks toward players or staff.
• Impersonate ATF staff, moderators, or other players.
• Disrupt servers, spam, grief in bad faith, or attack ATF infrastructure.
• Share or use another player’s account information without permission.
• Violate applicable law while using ATF services.

Slurs and hate speech. ATF is PG-13. If you use a slur or other prohibited hate speech, ATF may retain evidence and identifiers (including Steam ID) to protect the servers, staff, and players, and may refuse full data erasure for community-safety reasons. See the Privacy Notice.

4. Enforcement (bans and moderation)

ATF staff may warn, kick, mute, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban you from ATF servers, Discord, and related services at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including for suspected cheating, toxicity, ban evasion, or any conduct we reasonably believe harms the community.

Ban evasion may result in broader or longer enforcement. Decisions by ATF staff are final.

Legitimate interests — safety exclusions. ATF may exclude people who pose a threat to staff, moderators, or attendees where doing so is in ATF’s legitimate interests (and those of its staff and attendees). When relying on this, ATF considers the interests of the excluded person and proceeds only where ATF’s interests (or those of staff or attendees) are not outweighed by the interests of the excluded person. Steam ID64 may be retained internally to enforce bans, prevent re-entry or re-publishing, and protect the community, even when public stats for that account are erased. 5. Statistics, leaderboards, and public display (important)

ATF records and publishes gameplay information from ATF dedicated servers on stats.atomtaskforce.com and related ATF channels.

This may include, without limitation:

• Your in-game display name and Steam profile avatar (if available);
• Combat statistics (kills, deaths, score, streaks, K/D, weapons, airframes, missions, rivals, and similar metrics);
• Server presence / live roster information while you are connected;
• Rank, Skill, Top Score, and other competitive or tracked leaderboards.

By joining ATF servers you expressly consent to ATF collecting, processing, storing, and publicly displaying this information for community leaderboards, moderation, anti-cheat/integrity, and network operations. You understand that leaderboards are public and may be viewed worldwide.

Steam IDs are kept. Steam account IDs (Steam ID64) are retained as an operational identifier for stats, avatars, privacy suppression, moderation, integrity, and safety enforcement. They are not intentionally published on the public stats pages. Names and stats may remain visible after you leave a session.

6. Privacy requests

You may export or permanently erase your published ATF stats using the privacy form at privacy.html. Requests require in-game chat verification: after submitting, you receive a one-time code that you must paste into any ATF dedicated server chat from the same Steam account. After the moderation bot confirms the code, erasure removes your identifying stats from the public site and blocks re-publishing for that Steam account.

Privacy choices are explained in full on the Privacy Notice — Your privacy choices: full erasure (may be refused for community-safety bans; reconnecting restarts collection), hide from public (usernames retained on a suppression list), and stop collecting (Steam ID retained on a suppression list). If you want no Steam ID retained and no further collection, request full erasure and do not interact with ATF servers again.

We keep your Steam ID and/or usernames on internal suppression lists so erasure / hide requests stay effective, and we may retain limited records needed for bans, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or excluding people who pose a threat to staff or attendees (see section 4 and the Privacy Notice).

7. User content and communications

Chat, names, and other content you submit on ATF servers or Discord remain yours, but you grant ATF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, moderate, and display that content as needed to operate ATF services (including stats and moderation).

8. No warranties

ATF servers, Discord, and the stats site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, accurate stats at all times, or that services will meet your expectations. Stats may be delayed, incomplete, or recalculated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATF and its staff, operators, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, rank progress, enjoyment, or profits, arising from your use of ATF servers, Discord, or the stats site — even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim relating to ATF services will not exceed USD $0 (community services provided free of charge), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless ATF and its staff/operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your conduct on ATF services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the stats site and/or Discord. Continued use of ATF servers or the stats site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ATF regarding ATF servers, Discord community use related to ATF, and the stats site, and supersede prior informal understandings on that subject.
