2. What we collect

From ATF dedicated servers we process:

• Steam ID64 (operational key — not shown on public pages; retained as described below)
• In-game display name and Steam avatar URL (when available)
• Gameplay statistics (kills, deaths, score, streaks, weapons, airframes, missions, rivals, and similar)
• Live roster presence while you are connected to an ATF server

Usernames are online identifiers. Stats tied to an account are personal data under GDPR even when no legal name is collected. ATF does not collect passwords on this site.

3. Lawful bases (Article 6)

• Legitimate interests — community leaderboards, server integrity / anti-cheat support, network operations, game-balance visibility for ATF servers, and keeping ATF spaces reasonably safe for staff, moderators, and other players.
• Consent / acceptance of Terms by joining — public display of your name, avatar, and stats on this site while you play on ATF servers (see Terms of Use).

Steam ID retention. ATF keeps Steam ID64 as an internal operational identifier (for example, to link stats, apply privacy suppression, and support moderation / integrity). Steam IDs are not intentionally shown on public stats pages.

Safety and exclusions. ATF may also rely on legitimate interests where excluding people who pose a threat to staff, moderators, or attendees is necessary to protect ATF and the people who use ATF services — including retention of evidence when someone uses a slur or other prohibited hate speech on ATF services (see Server Rules). When we rely on this basis, we consider the interests of the excluded person and only proceed where ATF’s interests (or those of our staff or attendees) are not outweighed by the interests of the excluded person. 4. Your privacy choices

ATF offers the following options. Use the form below for a download or for removal from the public stats site. For help with any of these choices, reach out via the chatbot on atomtaskforce.com, or contact staff on Discord.

A. Erasure of all data

• You may request erasure of your ATF stats data from the public site and related stats databases.
• We will not complete full erasure if you are banned for community safety reasons (including bans for hate speech, slurs, harassment, or similar threats to staff or players). In that case ATF may retain the records needed to enforce the ban and protect staff and attendees (legitimate interests — see section 3, the Server Rules, and the Legitimate Interest Policy).
• If you reconnect to ATF servers after a full erasure, we start collecting again. Playing on ATF after erasure is treated as a new relationship: stats collection and public display resume under these Terms / this Privacy Notice unless a suppression outcome below is still in force.
• If you want collection to stop and you do not want ATF to keep a Steam ID on a suppression list, request full erasure and then do not interact with ATF servers any further.

B. Don’t want your stats public

• ATF can stop publishing your stats on the public site (names / leaderboards / profile pages).
• To keep that effective, we retain your usernames on an internal suppression list so we can recognize and continue to withhold your public stats if the same names reappear in server data.
• This does not by itself mean we delete every historical internal record; it means your identifying stats are not shown publicly.

C. Don’t want us collecting your stats

• ATF can stop collecting / aggregating new stats for your account for the public stats system.
• To do this reliably, we need your Steam ID64 on our suppression list so the bridge and exporters know not to collect or publish for that account.
• If you do not want ATF to retain your Steam ID for that purpose, you must request full erasure (A) and then not join or otherwise interact with ATF servers again. Without a Steam ID on the suppression list, reconnecting means collection can resume.

5. Children

If you are under the digital consent age in your country (13–16 in the EU/UK depending on member state), do not use ATF stats features and ask a parent/guardian to submit an erasure request if needed.

6. Retention

Stats are retained while useful for ATF leaderboards and operations, unless a valid privacy request applies (section 4). Depending on the option you choose:

• Hide from public — usernames may be kept on a suppression list.
• Stop collecting — Steam ID64 is kept on a suppression list.
• Full erasure — public stats are removed; reconnecting restarts collection unless you stay away from ATF servers. Ban / safety records may still be retained.
